We first make sure that the driveway is as clean as possible prior to sealing as this is the most important step we use the proper equipment to make sure the dirt is not penetrated with the sealant, without a good cleaning the surface can hold dirt that keeps sealer from penetrating and adhering correctly causing poor appearance and decreased longevity. If dirt is sealed it would be very difficult to remove. Once is thoroughly clean we proceed to seal.
